Method
How to Use This Guide
Here is how I would run the last three months, weighted the way the exam actually is. Three months out: read down the blueprint table below and split your weeks by weight — Patient Care and Safety alone is roughly a quarter of the exam, so give it about a quarter of your calendar, not an even slice. Open each domain by taking the practice test filtered to it, cold, so you learn where you actually stand before you read a word.
One month out: rotate the two highest-weight domains — Patient Care and Safety and Infection Prevention and Control — every other day, drilling 20–30 vignettes a session and reviewing every miss before you move on. One week out: re-take the practice test across all eight domains, re-read only the questions you got wrong, and confirm the exam logistics against the certification overview. Don't cram new material the last day.

The Eight CNOR Domains
This is this site's reading of the published CNOR subject-area weighting, not an official item count from CCI — treat the bars as a map of where the questions cluster. The rule I followed: hours per domain should track its weight. The top two domains together are about 40% of the exam, so they earned about 40% of my study weeks. Confirm the current blueprint with CCI before you plan.
